(Mason has already killed Daniel Koffman. He used the trains seen in the opening of Episode 0 to escape, as seen in the train track photo.) -Seems plausible. The sirens in the beginning may be the police looking for him.
+ How is Mason still alive? (He was saved by the Resistance.) (He was saved by the Hymn of One.)

the telephone numbers played at the end of the video are: 2063128578. I figured it out by calling my voicemail and when it said to type my password, i played the video into the earpiece and the voicemail recognized it as me trying to type my password, and read it back to me saying it was incorrect.
a quick google of (206) 312-8578 brings up International Telcom, in Bainbridge Island, Washington. Nothing seems too significant about it. However, in the true essence of lg15, it could be a code.

I emailed him with the address he gave and got an instant response.

I followed Mason's advice and "watched closely". At around 0.29, something flashes in the video.
